Smile is always contagious. A smile can make someone's day brighter. Even though sometimes the effort fell on rotten potatoes, but well, who knows it actually made their day a little better.

I remember when i first saw this picture, it reminds me of a resident in surgery department who likes to frown. He's trying to make himself look old and grumpy i guess.
